Javier is a Peruvian photographer whose projects emphasizes the diversity of experiences, from personal views to contemporary issues. Interested observer of the own territory, what seeks to transmit affection as a form of representing the sum of space and identity and the arising relationship with the individual. 

Gets a Master in Photography - Maldefoco, at Centro de la Imagen in Lima. Holds a degree Diploma in Photography taken at La Fototeca, Guatemala. A professional in Communication specialized in Film Studies. Assisted workshops from digital to analogue photography and lab, photo edition, post production and studio lightning. 

Javier's artwork shown in LimaPhoto, ArtLima Gallery Weekend, Barranco Open Studios, GuatePhoto, Prisma Fest and group expos in art galleries at Lima, Toronto, Madrid, Santander, Guatemala, Costa Rica. Had published a personal photography book and was the photo editor of an architecture studio publication and other magazines. His images appears in art collectors and auctions catalogues, festivals brochures, art press coverage and specialised magazines. Also published for editorial photography content, corporate, documentary and press. 

Javier is head and director of Espacional Art, an artistic personal project focus in the interpretation of what is Lima with its social and individual concerns. Creating from the studio of art & photo, fine art printmaking, painting original pieces, curatorial and edition for exhibition and distribution of Espacional own art.
